My approach combines validation with clear guidance, providing space for you to share and explore while also making meaningful progress toward your goals with specific tools and exercises. We will have a 50-minute video call once a week, and you may be encouraged to engage in various activities between sessions, such as journaling, somatic practices, or psychoeducation. My work is rooted in a relational approach and draws upon principles from Somatic Experiencing, Jungian Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Animist Psychology, Existentialism, and Process Work. These frameworks are offered as helpful guides rather than rigid doctrines, aiming to assist you on your personal journey. All sessions are collaborative and conducted with mutual consent.
