I bring an empathic, curious, and respectful presence to my clients by offering an anti-oppression, trauma informed style from within a white, queer, non-binary, femme body. Experienced with Highly Sensitive individuals as well as Polyamorous, NM, and Kink couples.
My sessions are relationally grounded and informed by Somatic Experiencing, Depth Psychology, Attachment Theory, Animist Psychology, Existentialism, and Process Work.
Both performance and magick have been life-long passions of mine and thus self-identified creatives and spiritual people might find themselves at home speaking subtext or sigils with me.
I hold a M.A. in Somatic Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a B.F.A. in Acting from College of Santa Fe.
A few of the masterful teachers I have studied with and deeply value include: Peter Levine, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Joanna Macy, Elaine Aron, Daniel Foor, Willoughby B. Britton, Bill Say, & Barbara Holifield.
I practice on the ancestral and unceded land of the Chochenyo speaking Ohlone people, xučyun (Huichin). This land was and continues to be of great importance to the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe and other familial descendants of the Verona Band.
