About Me
I bring an empathic, curious, and respectful presence to my clients by offering an anti-oppression, trauma informed style from within a white, queer, non-binary, femme body.
My work centers on individual and couple/polycule clients who are queer, highly sensitive, integrating from altered states, activists, polyamorous, recovering from C-PTSD or who are adult children of emotionally immature parents.
Sessions are relationally grounded and informed by Somatic Experiencing, Depth (Jungian) Psychology, Attachment Theory, Animist Psychology, Existentialism, and Process Work.
Performance and magick have also been life-long passions of mine and thus self-identified creatives and spiritual people might find themselves at home speaking subtext or sigils with me.
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practioner, hold a M.A. in Somatic Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a B.F.A. in Acting from College of Santa Fe.
A few of the masterful teachers I have studied with and deeply value include: Peter Levine, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Joanna Macy, Raja Selvam, Elaine Aron, Daniel Foor, Willoughby B. Britton, Bill Say, & Barbara Holifield.
Berkeley rests upon the ancestral lands of the Chochenyo speaking Lisjan Ohlone people. To honor the centuries of resistance to colonial violence, and to assist in reparations, I donate annual Shummi Land Tax to the Sogorea Te' Land Trust.
